Can't contact broadband support.
 

Hi,

When I try to ring the broadband support number, my phone just gives a constant tone. Is there an alternative number I cna ring, or at least get through to somebody to arrange for a line test?

constant tone means you have premium numbers blocked
no alternative number.
You could call 150 and ask for the pin number so that you can dial the tech support number
