Cancel Virgin Media Question?
 

hi,

i hope someone can advice me as i wish to cancel my virgin media broadband servcie.

i have 2 1/2 months left to pay till my contract ends, if i want to pay this amount off for the remaining months, when i call do i have to give 30 days notice if i am paying the contract off early? or will it be stopped imiediatly?

also at the begining of my broadband contract i paid 2 months payments will i get this debited from my bill?

You can give 30 days notice. and EDF will applied for the remaining 1 1/2 months

sowehn i do call to cancel i will have 30 days before swithoff and the extra payemnt i made will be debited from my remaing contract?
