Audio description on recordings even though it's set to off?

My wife recorded Clocking Off last night and today when she tried to watch it, it had some woman's voice describing things "He left the room", "She's on a roof" etc etc.

I looked in the settings and the audio description option is set to off, so does anyone know what could cause this?

I tried resetting the box but it's still the same. As far as I know, it hasn't done this on any other recordings.

I had same issue with clocking off. Could not get rid of it. Drove wife mad. In the end could not watch. Too annoying.

Just noticed this tonight, watching Friends and My Name Is Earl on E4, other shows and channels have so far been OK. Checked the setting for audio description and it is off, tried switching it on and back off, but made no difference eitherway. And yes it is bloody annoying.
