Wrong area on BBC1
 

I live in Bedfordshire and should be getting BBC East (Anglia) for local news etc.
I'm getting BBC London after the main news though.
I've phoned a couple of times and had to turn off at the mains.
I've just been asked to turn off and pull out the viewing card etc., and there is still no difference.
I was told an engineer would call me, and she said she would escalate my query.
Is this something that can/will be sorted out, or am I stuck with London news?:(

what do you get on channel 858 ?

we get BBC Midland on 101, but BBC North on 858, but it is only some areas that get a choice??

Here, 101 is BBC London, 858 BBC North and other regional are in the 85x series, similar for ITV 103 London, 870 Yorkshire

Foolish woman, she told me to view channel 158, which came up as an unavailable channel. *tut*
When the footie has finished I'll check out channel 858.
I assumed that BBC1 would be regional - it was with Sky.
