Channel List and Channel Numbers

Does anyone have a list of all channel names for Virgin Media and the respective channel number?? e.g. 101 BBC, 102 BBC2 etc....

I want to use this for ORB

This is the most up to date line up I could find, normally they are listed on the VM site under TV packages, but I couldn't find it.
