virgin media interactive
 

I have just tried using the interactive service for the first time (just on the basic virgin tv with digi channels) and cannot get interactive to work!

In my case I wanted to watch the world championship snooker interactive, so I press the red button and I get the BBCi menu on the right hand side of the screen, but no option for the the snooker menu.

Where as on my ordinary tv using a digibox and tv aerial there are options for the snooker interactive. So am I doing something wrong or is it just a poor interactive service with virgin media?

? what do you mean by a Digibox ? a Digibox is a Sky satellite receiver.

sorry I meant a freeview box
but the problem that I have is on the virgin media box
