V+ and Sony amp volume issue
 

Hi
I have just had V+ installed, our old cable box (virgin) allowed the volume to be adjusted on the cable remote.
Now the V+ remote volume won't work .... I have looked at the codes but none seem to work. But I don't understand why it worked before!
My amp is the Sony dav-S550
I'd appreciate any help

I have the same amp, but my remove V or V+ never worked with it.

I think you were meaning that the V box's volume is adjustable, unfortunately the V+ volume is not. Though you can link it to your TV's volume with the correct code.
