please help on demand.

my on demand wont work when i press the demand button it just says loading..... then nothing happens can anyone help me please??????

what area are you in?, does it give any error codes?, does interactive work?.

try also look in the settings tech area see what figures show snr etc etc

SNR stands for Signal-to-Noise-Ratio. Google has more information on it.

when i press the demand button to watch movies ,music, catch up ect it just says loading please wait then it just freezes nothin comes on

try a reboot, unplug it, count to 20 and plug it back in again
