VM ADSL question
 

Hi, I have a friend who is having problems with their VM ADSL. It has been working fine but stopped working this morning a call to VM told them to update the speedtouch router. Is anybody else had problems with VM ADSL ?? The postcode where they are is DN37 7.

only problem i had was it was unbeliveably slow :p:

May or may not be linked but for the last 2 days my adsl has been very slow and freezing, and refusing to play.
I am in Surrey.
It seems to be OK at the mo.
