More Billing Problems

hi,
Last month i paid for both vm (bb and tv) bills by debit card as vm kept mucking up the direct debit payment but they didn't take for the tv for some reason even after phoning 2 times to make sure everything was ok eventully they took the money after 2 further weeks.:(

Then my wife phoned up vm 2 weeks ago to pay the tv and bb for this month (seperate bills) on a debit card they took the money for the tv nearly straight away but the bb never went, so to cut a long story short i rang them last week, and they said it was ok it had all gone through, but it probably didn't show on my bank account as they are migrating the billing system

anyway yesterday we received a letter from vm to say that they couldn't take the money (even more ) and could we phone them a.s.a.p to sort the bill out before disconnection of our services, so the wife phoned them up and paid the (by now) 2 months bb £74 then the guy on the other end said that he needs to take another £37 payment otherwise the billing system can't be migrated, she said there is no way i'm paying 2 weeks before the bill is due.
Why oh why are vm having all these problems and what this rubbish that the system can't be migrated until the bill is paid in advance  bearing in mind we already pay a month in advance vm rules!! if that is the case i will never have a migrated bill as i will not pay it before i have received the bill.:mad::mad:

The migration will happen no matter what the balance on the broadband account says.

but if the balance on your broadband account was for instance £37 for an April bill, it is likely when the migration completes you will have that balance transferred onto your phone and tv account and then another £37 on the same bill for May

That's what i don't get vm are lying to me again then:rolleyes: as i have paid the bill for april/may the may/june bill hasn't come in yet (as we all have to pay in advance for our services) but he still said i needed to pay the may/june bill before the migration would take place, that would mean i would be 2 months in advance with my payments, so he obviously does not know what he is talking about:dunce: and i have just phoned to double check and my account is clear so why would he need to take another payment?? or is this a case of vm cs don't really know what there doing so will just see what i can get out of you cos we are all :dunce: us customers
