2 for £25?
I currently have L TV and L BB for £32/month :-
£11.50 + £25 - £4.50 discount. Could I just ask to go to 2MB (M) BB and be charged £25 instead on 2 for £25? The T&Cs below mention taking a new service? THANKS Offer: Available to new customers or existing customers taking an additional cable service (subject to status and credit checks). You must take all services included in this package for at least 12 months. If you change any part of this package, standard prices apply. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is Broadband Size: M (package of up to 2Mb) and TV Size: L. Prices quoted are for Direct Debit. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. |
Re: 2 for £25?
Sometimes they are flexible and may allow you to change if you don't take a new service, it may involve a new 12 month contract though. Give them a call and see what happens.

Re: 2 for £25?
You are already on 2 for £25 with the BB upgraded to L for the additional £7.
You are OK to downgrade your BB to M and reduce total cost to £25. This is permitted within your contract and does not mean a new contract period. |
