Postal Rates - 7/4/08
 

Just like everything else in life (apart from wages!), postal rates increase tomorrow. I had a copy of the prices a few weeks back which has now mysteriously disappeared from my desk! Lo and behold I need the new one for tomorrow to update my franking machine :dozey:

Does anyone have a copy of the new rates as the one on the Royal Mail page still refers to 2007 prices :rolleyes:

So.....postal rates increase on April Fools Day.....sounds about right :)

and according to the Royal Mail site they don't come into force until 07 April 08.

But note that stamps with "1st" or "2nd" on them are still valid after that date - so buy your stamps now at the old prices - if you can find any!
