need to contact virgin mobile sales department
 

Can anyone provide the number/opening times of the sales department.

just ordered 2 sim cards with the 300 text/300 minutes deal on them but got an email saying there was a problem with the payment so I phoned up customer services and got through to someone useless in india who transfered me to sales. anyway sales is closed and the 0800 number on the message wasn't repeated so I wasn't able to write it down.

Phoned back up customer services and spoke to someone in the UK who said there was a problem with the system and the type of card I was using (maestro) and advised to put the ordered through again using another card so I did. I forgot to ask for the sales number.

Really I just want to contact sales to make sure the 1st order is canceled.
