MPEG4 Modifier Windows XP SP2

Where can I get a a version of this that is compatible with Windows XP SP 2? Thank You

I thought it was always compatible with XP? Don't forget you need .NET Framework 2.0 to run it.

I downloaded it from there not long ago and had no probs in XP SP2
