i,m supposed to be on speed upto 20 meg i think i've only ever been upto 17 and just tested it and only 9 what.s going on , what determines the speed? and is there any way to change it,:confused::confused:

you are getting a poor result from however you test your connection.
Many things - how many people are sharing the resource in any given area can be a big influence for some people ......

If you are in an heavily contended area, then use the facility that phoning in poor performance as a problem will soon become cheaper - hopefully enough people phoning may help them plan upgrades ?????
