Broadband down in RG12?

Hi
My broadband has gone down about 7:45pm I'm in RG12 (Bracknell) area. Is anyone else in the area experiencing problems. I tried phoning the Virgin Media support line but couldn't really understand the lady - she either said there is a reported problem in my area or there isn't a reported problem in my area, but I couldn't make it out after asking a few times!

Anyway her solution was to wait 4 hours and then switch off the modem and turn it back on.

I'm having massive latency problems in Reading as well, almost to the point where even browsing is impossible - I suspect we're both on the same POP (Winnersh) and it's having problems
