Upstream is a tad high. Apart from that there fine.

This I am getting the same problems, My 20 mb is really down and I know I have not been stm'd as my upload remains around 750 k. Did a speed test a few minutes ago and the upload almost over took the download speed.... Update us if you make any progress, as It would be nice to see whats causing these dyre symptons and how they can be resolved :)

Test 1: 1024K took 7437 ms = 137.7 KB/sec, approx 1135 Kbps, 1.11 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 7406 ms = 138.3 KB/sec, approx 1140 Kbps, 1.11 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 11000 ms = 93.1 KB/sec, approx 767 Kbps, 0.75 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 19782 ms = 103.5 KB/sec, approx 853 Kbps, 0.83 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 974 Kbps, 0.95 Mbps

Do you think it's my router ?

Easy way to find out.
I think we already know the answer though. ;)
