Good Bandwidth Monitor software?

I'm looking for some good software that records how much data comes in and goes out of my internet connection. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I find DUMeter perfectly adequate:

http://www.dumeter.com/

I only have two PCs in my wireless network and you have to run it in both PCs.

If your network consists of devices other than PCs, say Xboxes or PS3s etc, then I guess you would need to get something that can measure the dataflow through your router?

I'm using more than one PC but most of my internet activity is made on this computer.

Thanks a lot for the help :)

Another vote for DU Meter. However, if your router supports, any decent SNMP software will tell you complete totals from the router ;)
