can someone tell me where i can find the complain email to send to virginmedia about there cable broadband?

If you were formally an ntl customer, there is only a general enquiries address. If you were formally with Telewest, there is a dedicated broadband email address.

I used the ntl one a few weeks ago about email attachments going missing. Apart from the automated response, I have heard nothing since.
