Doesnt actually say anything does it.. My neighbour has just dropped her price by over 10k I think after it was being on the market for months.

She has dropped it by 10k but it was over priced by 15k in the first place. There are also 2 flats on that site which show a drop in my postcode area but they have not sold becayse they were over priced and teh same developers were selling brand new ones at the same time.

Someone in a road nearby has had to drop the price from £1.8m to £1.6m. Be still, my tiny violin.

My partners brother has knocked £75,000 of the price of his house that was only listed for a few months.

One near me has dropped from 379k to 375k (slightly smaller house than ours) after being on the market for 211 days - excuse me if I don't worry too much at the moment. :D

That site used to be a lot better - as they used to scrape the prices from rightmove, but rightmove threatened to take them to court over illegal use of their data, so now they have to get the prices from other sources, so they're not as comprehensive as they used to be.

Also a lot of estate agents have got wise to the site, and no longer amend the listing, they remove the listing and the relist with a new price, so that it isn't tracked.
