Help! Archos Gmini402
 

we're having problems with it holding anything, it was working perfectly fine, then OH noticed everything had dissapeared off it (even the games it came with :shocked:)

the gurantee has just run out (this dec) and each time OH calls them, the tell him to go to the website, but theres nothing.

its a multimedia centre, and im so frustrated... what a waste, i mean its got 20gb memory with built in hard drive, so we cant fathom out what the problem is.

any ideas will be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance :)

Theres no 402 on there site but there is a 204 http://www.archos.com/products/audio...try=gb&lang=en Try and update the firmeware.

ahhh thanks for that, hmm no 402 :confused: geez, they dont have go out of fashion quick :shocked:

i'll try it, and if have any probs, i'll post here for further advise if ok (like i said im techy illiterate :erm:)
