Airliner makes emergency landing

Breaking on Sky and BBC:

A passenger plane carrying about 100 passengers has made an emergency landing at Leeds Bradford International Airport.

It was going to land there anyway, it just decided to do it in more dramatic fashion.

Any landing is nothing more than a controlled crash, and all crashes are good crashes as long as you walk away from them.....

Depends if you own the aircraft, some cost around Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£150,000,000 a lot of cash to lose.

I've got a friend who is a pilot, and we went for a drive - he sat there for 30 minutes before he'd even pull out of the drive

That's odd because there has just been (well 1544) a full emergency at Humberside Airport, the aircraft landed prior to the arrival of the Fire Service.
