Blocking a number with BT

Hi all,

Does anyone know if BT can block certain numbers from calling our house? Every now and again someone calls at about 2am and never hangs up until you either answer it, to which you get a 'hello, hello, hello "click" ' or you unplug the phone. If you don't unplug it they just call back....

Thanks

Call them on 0800 800 150 or just 150 from your BT phone and they will help you out

Doesn't work with private callers. :)

There's choose to refuse, where you either enter the number if given and it will block that number from phoning you, if you they withhold their number, you just tell the system to block the last caller.

If you are getting abusive calls, BT will offer it free for the first month.
