Well I spoke to O2's payroll department today, after they goosed my wages up!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad: They had no problems with their systems and neither have 3, who I had to contact on behalf of a family member.

you cant blame the staff at these call centres, its our fault for putting them over there in the first place IMO
if we were offered the same here for a big company from say america, and it offered lots of jobs, we'd snap it up. i can remember when cable used to have call centres in utah, many moons ago though, i was always fasinated that i was talking to someone in america.... (i dont get out much, can you tell :D) |

So people might actually get some help at last then that would be a novel thing to happen when you contactl a call centre and the many i have had to call the engadged tone was a damn sight more helpful then the people i eventually got through too.
