GMail & NTL Issues?
 

I've been talking to a friend (I'm useing my NTL email & she is on googlemail.com) Everything has been fine untill 2008. I'm not getting her mail & she is not getting mine.

I did a test & she sent to my other NTL address, still Nothing. I get them ok to my Domain eMail, but not NTL.

Anyone else having issues?

Log onto webmail and have a look in the spam folder to make sure it's not going in there?

At least for stuff TO you - don't know about the other way.

Anyway just an idea.

NTL dont have Spam Folder (well my MTL World Webmail does not)

HHHmmm, must be my dodgy eyesight then lol ;)

Anyway when I've had problems like this before it's been because ntl have been blocking the email as spam.

You can try clicking on options - as shown in the screeny then 'spam' to get more features.

Anyway I'm off to the dentist now :( - so I'll try and get back later to see how you're getting on :tu:

Thats odd, I dont have Spam folder lol. I've looked at Options & set to forward to Inbox & flad as Spam (worth a try).
