V+ remote control
 

just had v+ box installed and have changed the remote to alter the volume on my tv the tv is a panasonic th-37pe50B it works ok but i have to turn the volume up really high i presume i need to alter the volume on the v+ box but do not know how to get it back to control the v+ box have tried the support line they keep passing me round and i ended up hanging up any ideas?

:welcome: to the forum, you need to go into settings > audio and display settings and there is an option to change the volume in there

just looked in settings and there isnt one for volume on a v+ box there is one on a normal virgin box any more ideas

change the remote to control the v+ again with the code 0683 and turn up the volume then change it to control the tv again with the tv code

On this subject of Remotes - I have Activated my V+ Box in HD and now find that the volumeand mute do not work on the V+ Remote which it did when I did not have the HDMI cable in
There was a thread on here showing the numbers for the TV's and how to change them to work the V+ remote with the TV ( I have Phillips Digital TV)
