Volume Wont Work On My V+ Remote
 

I have a samsung plasma tv but none of the codes virgin media supply wont work with my tv. My volume wont work on my v+ remote. It says if its not listed then my tv isnt compatible but i find that hard to believe considering its a modern tv now i have to use the volume on my tv remote. Everything worked fine with my old virgin media box with that tv so dont understand why it doesnt with the v+ box. Has anyone any ideas on how i can get my volume working on the remote. I would be very grateful for anyones help

The VM Engineer set my tv volume up so i could use the V+ remote with the TV...

i see alot of people have trouble with this after the engineer left them, is it standard now or was it just his way of doing things.. ?

i have a samsung lcd and the engineer told me only last week that they dont have codes for the new tv's from samsung.

0145 seems to work on a lot of the new samsungs, just tried it on my 19" LCD, nice one AlanJ :tu:

Try 0079 (press vol+ and mute button together first).

0145 worked for me after 18 months of trying.
