International e-mails very slow to go
 

Hi all, Iam new to the forum but very pleased it's here.
I have a brother living in Australia and when i send him an e-mail from outlook it can take hours or even days to get there But if i send the same e-mail through yahoo mail it arives instantly. If anyone could give a reson for this i would be over the moon.

I am currantly on the 4mb size

I don't know the answer, but...

I would guess that it goes through stricter spam filters, as a lot of spam comes from abroad (or so I've found through tracking back the garbage I get to my email).

Yahoo is an international email system, so it wouldn't go through the same checks perhaps?


Or I could just be assuming... (and you know what they say about assumption!!)

(If I'm wrong, hopefully someone will know the reason to help...)
