Just to let you know though, I have heard this stuff taking eons to fix :P

Had the one near our house fixed within a couple of days, when it was broken into.

Must be improving then, some of the stories I read here were crazy.

I've been reporting the one near me for nearly 2 years with no luck - even when after reporting we had stopped some local yobs pulling the cables. We gave up and taped a bin bag over it to protect our connections - its still there after 6 months.

Still broken,thought the b/b going down last night was some scrote yanking the cables,

mind you i heard on the grapevine today it was opened on purpose-why so people could re-connect their tv for xmas

absolute joke
