Virgin Media TV sharing on a network?

Hey

I have a gigabit network so bandwidth not an issue, my house mate has a virgin media box, and i can share his TV via his slingbox. Is there any device that will allow me to view a different channel than he is watching? the V+ box has 2 tuners doesnt it? would this allow for him watching one channel on his box and me watching another via the network?

Many Thanks

No- it will record three channels but will only output one signal.

You'll need a second V box for £10 a month. :)

Ok, i guessed that was the only way :(

I dont have space for the box in my lounge really. I assume i can have the box in a different room and slimbox it across?

Or is there a PC card which supports cable box's so i can run cable through media centre?

Thanks

Anything with an AV input that accept composite or scart should work....

and VM will fit a box anywhere you want (within reason)
