Forgotten password
 

Hi all,

I seem to have forgotten my password and don't know how to retrieve it. I tried the online help and virgin sent my login details to my email account, since i can't access my account this to me seems daft. does anyone know if it's possible to have my details sent to another account or will i have to ring customer services.

If you can't access your account as you don't have the password you won't be able to make any alterations or redirects to it. Your only hope is to phone tech support and convince them you are you, not an imposter, so they can set a new password for you.
