Re: Can not access virgin ntl free webspace?

It should be username@upload.ntlworld.com.

You should then be prompted for your passwrod.

Re: Can not access virgin ntl free webspace?

I found that with my ntl webspace somehow the webspace username got changed from my account username to firstname.username, although my account username and root email address did not change! Maybe I had some sort of glitch during set-up.

Are you able to access your homepage at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/username ?

Re: Can not access virgin ntl free webspace?

I've checked now I'm home, and I use the upload stated by VM i.e. ftp://upload.ntlworld.com/ however I do find this will only work in IE but not in FireFox even using the IE tab.

When you open ftp initially an FTP Folder Error comes up, click OK then left click the IE "File" tab, in the drop down menu left click "Login As" and enter username and password and left click "Login".
