Modem Question

I still have the originally supplied NTL 100 modem and am not sure if its capable of handling the supposed 20meg service I'm on. I have never acheived any faster downloading since upgrading. Can someone please advise, thanks.

Nope, call tech support to get a replacement mailed out.
That call & the call to swap the mac address over should be refunded.
