Appalling Customer Service
I have cancelled my Cable Service, phone and TV, after spending more time than I consider reasonable, to get a good Broadband speed.
Engineers not keeping appointments, and Virgin Media re-arranging appointment, and not bothering to inform me, the customer. I have had enough, and I suspect I'm not alone. Shocking service. :mad: |

nope u r not alone, i just cancled my broadband, i feel i have a lot of weight lifted off my sholders now.
and yes they took an hour to reason with me cancling my service b4 my contract ended. i have had 3 Engineers come to my place only once did they not keep my appointment, next time they came but they called and said can they come in 5 mins, coz he has an open appointment. |

no they and a 30day notice but i dont have to pay for that last month it will be free

ok well thats good - due to them in breach of contract you dont have to pay anythin they just release you. And if they deadlock with you cisas will take it to court for you.
