VM Newsgroup

Hi, I have seen posted here before a newsgroup for VM support to post in, i have a mate with an issue but can't find it. Can someone please tell me what the newsgroup is?

This page shows you how to set up the newsgroups, the only difference is you now search for virginmedia instead of blueyonder.

The support one for broadband is
virginmedia.support.broadband.cable
email is
virginmedia.support.e-mail
