So how about some details to work with besides using foul language?
Modem type & some stats from there, have you checked th outage status page, using router or not?
ex-telewest, ntl or ADSL?

So why come here and rant, what do you want us to do with no details etc... show some stats might be a problem in your area or your line.

Re: unhappy customer..

Check for Trojans, virii, spyware.

Make sure you don't have any bandwidth hogging apps like BitTorrentor similar maxing out your upload.

If you have a wireless router....is it secure?

Try being patient and give VM a call tomorrow.

Or at the very least, post some more details here.
