Laptop to LCD TV

I've today ordered my first laptop and am hoping to link it to my LCD TV. Please can somebody with a bit more knowledge than me tell me what the best cable for the job is.

My tv is

and the laptop I bought is a Dell Inspiron 1520.

Hope somebody can help, I could wait to get the laptop but I'm desperate to have the cable before it arrives so I can set the whole thing up.

Thanks in advance.

You probably need a VGA male to male connector like this : http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=97367

Just make sure both the VGA connector on the TV and laptop are both female.

P.S. If you'd have posted this in the correct sub-forum, you'd have got about a million responses as opposed to just mine.

you will also need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm male stereo jack lead if you want to run the audio through the telly ;)
