cannot access a particular website
Can people tell me if they can access this website please. www.finalexit.org.
I can only do it via proxy, which is little annoying. Do you know why? |

Re: cannot access a particular website
It works here. I had a similar issue a few weeks back, but I had lots of sites doing the same thing. I cleared out the cookies and messed about with Zone Alarm and got it working. Put one of the small browsers on and see if that fixes it.

Re: cannot access a particular website
No need to get alarmed. I was exaggerating to get point across. Perhaps subject matter is a little heavy for this site, sorry.

"Firefox can't find the server at www.finalexit.org"
Thanks for feedback guys. So why is this happening. Has anyone heard of anything like this before? Using AVG firewall - every other site works great and i do loads of surfing/p2p. I think it must be my unusual IP again. Not only do i get free downloads from demonoid but adult webcam websites recognise me as some kind of Kingpin. Strange days indeed. |
Re: cannot access a particular website
It's not you IP. I use Firefox and had the same trouble the other week with lots of sites. I really can't think how I got it all back. But I use Zone alarm, Fiirefox and AVG. The issue only started after the STB made me do a New user log on with the PID number and so on. I just clear the security setting and cookies, and for what ever reason it started to work again. Maybe for a very quick experiment you can disable your Fire wall and virus checker then log the site.
Like I said, I had loads of sites that did this to me. Even though I've been through the PID and new IP address thing very many times since it's not done it again since I did some clearing out and resetting. |
