54G speeds

pushing at around 2.4 - 2.9 Megabytes/s over 802.11G from my macbook downstairs (same room as router) to my server

Using Rsync over ssh (used samba the mac copied it all then decided the file was in use and dropped the transfer )

Storage machine is on a 100mbit wired link to a switch but then has a transverse a pair of comtrend 200mbit/s UPA powerline adaptors (they're the ones BT supply with vision)

Didn't think that was bad for bog standard 54g :)
