As a general rule, routers with a 100 speed WAN port should be capable of supporting 20meg broadband.

However to ascertain it's real reliability needs an in depth knowledge of it's internal bits and bibs, together with firmware, to know if there would be any bottlenecks or weaknesses. On that basis you need to find someone who has that router model to know if it is or is not 100% compatible.
