Hi,

What is the max lengh I can have for an Ethernet cable for broadband think it cat 5 I use ?

Where can I get it from as I am looking for about 50 to 75 meters

100m is the maximum length without a switch in line.

Each plug is effectively 1m of cable so say 98m of cable (one plug on each end).

Depending on the quality of the cable, you can often get quite a lot more than the maximum rated 100m without too many problems
