I have a friend in Australia and I have tried sending him an email but is ISP refuses to deliver the mail because it will not accept mail from blueyonder.
as per this link.

Does this mean I have to get a new ISP instead of virgin?

Please our do I tell virgin, there contact form is too complicated about above?

Umm no, use something like GMail or Yahoo to email him instead?

That's a short-term fix but it won't solve the underlying problem.

Contact Virgin Media by email: abuse@virginmedia.com. This is the address quoted in VM's Acceptable Use Policy. Tell them what you have been trying to do, and what message you have been getting back from Bigpond.

Re-send the message to them every 3 days until someone replies to you.

Is this just a recent problem?

The wife's cousin lives in Oz and we email him (plus another in Tasmania) and haven't had any problems.
Not emailed them for a couple of weeks as they've both been over to visit.

Hope it's not going to be permanent
