unable to access internet
 
Hi, it is the second time I have suffered this problem. I cannot connect to the internet at the moment. It have been off since 5 pm. Last time, the internet was off from 2 pm to 5 am the next day. I do not know what is wrong with my modem or anything. Could anyone please tell me what to do, thank in advance.

Where are you from. Mine was down again tonight even though I had an engineer out yesterday.

He did say there were problems here Northampton NN3

I am getting pretty sick of it and will be contacting Customer Services tomorrow

i live in dundee, i tried to call technical support but no one answered. When i called service status, they required me to give virgin media phone number which i dont have and area code which i have no idea what it is.
