Urgent Webmail Help Please re Session Invalid !

Hi, am on holiday in USA and have internet access in my hotel. All functionality is fine except accessing my ntlworld.com email accounts via webmail. ie I can browse internet sights and can even access my old BT webmail account. However when I sign-in to my VirginMedia webmail portal I am faced with "Session Invalid" messages.
By repeated browser Refresh I occaisionaly get a glimpse of my inbox and more infrequently can actually see the text of an email but am never able to Reply. (By "repeated" I'm talking about 20+ attempts !).
I've tried using a hotel "free" PC and get the same result.
Have raised a support call via the VM website support but notice the acknowledgement has come from a telewest email account. Have replied to this asking for my problem to be passed on to the ntl people and have sent screen scrapes showing the problem but have had no response for 2 days.
Don't think I can "afford" to call support from my mobile so can anybody please help ?

(In case you're wondering I'm using my old BT email account as my reference account on the fault).

You won't get a response from the email support.

It might be the computer, have you tried using a different one?

As mentioned in my initial post, I have tried the hotel's PC, same result. My own has worked fine from my home (ie accessing via webmail).

Hi, Have found a wireless network and everything works OK when using this so the problem would seem to relate to the hotel's infrastructure ?
Any thoughts as to what could be causing this problem when using a cable LAN connection ? Am moving hotel today so perhaps the problem will go away !
