Text to Speech on Word 2007
 
Does anyone have any ideas if this is possible. It was with Word 2003, but can't see how you set it up on 2007. Any help would be grateful.

I made a little text editor a while back that reads your text/rtf files to you, but it didn't support DOC files.

I use a 'proper' screen reader for such things, now that is stupidly expensive. But if you can put up with the standard Microsoft voice there is a free screen reader program available here....
