I'm trying to open a port for some software by following the instructions here http://www.portforward.com/english/r...2/Soulseek.htm and i am as far as setting up the static IP bit, i did it (or thought u did and now when i try to log into my router it says Pia-Toshiba (192.168.0.2) is managing this device and i can't access it

It looks like you have already logged into your router, and trying to log in again on another. Try logging out of it on the pia-toshiba (presumably laptop) computer, and any other computer, and try logging in again.
