Browsing very slow RG41

Hi,
I am in the RG41 Winnersh area and the browsing is very slow this evening, I have tried varoiuse VM home page BBC.co.uk this site and pages take over a minute to come up.:shocked:
I have only uploaded and down loaded 180 megs today which is my average through put per day. No mention of problems on the status line.

Is any one else having the same problem?

I'm in Sheffield and i have had the same problem since yesterday.
