webspace ftp stuff
 

Hello

I'm trying to access my site on my ntl homepage so I can update it.

The ftp prog. I'm using is asking for Host so I'm using my http://homepage.ntlworld.com/username/, address
with the relevant Username and Password etc

I'm using SmartFTP, it's trying to log on but I keep getting a "host address not resolved" message?

I've recently moved from one part of the country to another, taking my ntl/virgin media package with me and haven't updated site since my move ...I was given a new account number once everything was transferred to my new home.....so would my password have changed or have the settings changed?

IIRC, the webspace ftp server is at
upload.ntlworld.com
Trying using that hostname with SmartFTP.
