This sim offer of 300mins and texts ive just joined it and its due to be added on 18th (today) I can no longer get my balance by calling 798 and when i log onto the website it says i have -£X.XX and i have £75.00 credit limit and I pay by DD.

How does it work i presume its not added yet becuase it dont say i have any mins + txts

Im not sure to be honest but the number is 789 not 798!

Try texting "balance" without the " to 789789
