Strict Nat Setting

I've had a problem connecting to Gears of War on my 360 over my Virgin 20Meg Broadband and now ive found that its the NAT setting being 'Strict' i have a netgear WGT624 with V3 firmware which is compatible with live but i dont know how to change the NAT setting. is this something i can do or do i have to call Virgin?

It's nothing to do with Virgin.

Make sure that UPnP is enabled on the router.

You may need to manually give the 360 a static IP address, & then forward the relevant Xbox Live ports to it using the router's admin interface.

Thanks for the help, ill try this tonigh. I looked at the Port forwarding link you sent and was wondering if i would have any issues with the ports as im going to be running to 360's off of the router and was wondering if they will both use these ports even if they are on different static ip's?
